Malik Adnan Hayat Noon
A distinguished executive with an extensive background in corporate governance and public service, Malik Adnan Hayat Noon is an alumnus of Aitchison College, Lahore, Millfield School, and Buckingham University, UK. He served on the Board of Directors at Noon Sugar Mills Limited from February 16, 2001, until January 28, 2015, and following his reappointment on October 19, 2015, he continued in this capacity through August 22, 2019. He assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of the company on May 30, 2011, and remained at the helm until April 20, 2018. Mr. Noon also served as a Non-Executive Director at Fauji Foods Limited (formerly Noon Pakistan Ltd.) and Pioneer Cement Ltd. His professional portfolio is further distinguished by his service as a Member of the National Assembly of Pakistan from 1997 to 1999, during which he served as a member on the Industries Committee of the National Assembly. In addition to his corporate and legislative accomplishments, he oversees and manages his agricultural farms
Ms. Tahia Noon
Ms. Tahia Noon holds a Master of Arts degree from Trinity College, Dublin, Ireland, where she additionally received her BA degree in Mental and Moral Sciences. Ms. Tahia Noon has been a member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab since 2013. During her legislative tenure, she has served on key governmental committees, including the Public Accounts Committee, the Board of Management of the Punjab Institute of Cardiology, and the Punjab Tourism Development Corporation. Ms. Tahia Noon brings extensive public sector insight and governance experience to the Company.
Mr. Saif Ullah Khan Noon
Mr. Saif Ullah Noon is a business professional with a background in international business management. He brings a disciplined and analytical approach to the Board, with a focus on governance, strategic planning, and operational oversight. He completed his schooling at Millfield School, UK, and holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in International Business Management from the Royal Agricultural University, UK.
Syed Ali Raza
Syed Ali Raza is a member of the Noon Sugar Mills Board as a certified Independent Director. He is also the Chairman of Human Resource Committee of the Board and Member of the Audit Committee of the Board of Noon Sugar Mills Limited. He is a renowned lawyer and rule of law expert from Pakistan. He is a Fisher Family Fellow from the Stanford University, USA, and is also a Legislative Fellow of the US State Department. He holds LL.M. in International and Comparative Laws from the National University of Singapore. He is one of the partners at Common Law Chambers which is one of the leading firms of Pakistan that offer legal and policy solutions to clients from both the public and private sector.
Mr. Irfan Ahmed
Mr. Irfan Ahmed, graduated from National University of Sciences & Technology (NUST) with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical. He completed his Master of Business Administration specializing in Marketing from IBA, Punjab University. He has attended a number of leadership and management courses. A commercially astute professional with over 15 years of robust understanding of sales, marketing and organizational restructuring, Irfan has successfully strategy building abilities and effective execution methods to achieve sales and profitability targets.
Mr. Atta Ali Malik
Mr. Atta Ali Malik, a financial expert and serial entrepreneur, currently holds key roles as a Partner at Chaudhary Malik & Co. (Financial Advisory Firm), CEO of Athena Business Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd, Pakistan, and Director of Strategic Advisory at Intellectual Bunch Ltd, UK. As one of the founders of Corvit Networks, a global IT Services company, he has a wealth of experience in strategic advisory, venture financing, investment analysis, and financial advisory across diverse sectors such as e-commerce, commodities, clean energy, power, telecom, financial services, education, and high-tech. He also contributes to academia as a visiting faculty for Finance at Govt. College University, Lahore and as a guest lecturer at various government institutes. With an MBA from Boston University, MS degree in Computer Science from LUMS and a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from UET, Lahore, he combines financial expertise with a diverse skill set.
Mr. Shahid Haider
Mr. Shahid Haider is Chairman of Alhamra University (Formally National College of Business Administration and Economics). He has been involved with the institution for the past 30 years and has led its growth since its inception. He comes from a business family and, as an entrepreneur, has extensive experience in the Textiles (Knitwear) and Engineering consultancy sectors. As an entrepreneur, he has had long-term exposure in Strategic Marketing and Financial/Corporate dealings. By qualification, Mr. Haider holds degrees in Management Studies (MBA) and Civil Engineering (B.Sc. CE), and a Bachelor of Laws.
Mr. Abdul Khaliq Khan
Mr. Abdul Khaliq Khan has been a valuable member of the Noon Sugar Mills Limited Board since March 2014, serving as Chief Executive Officer since April 2018. His steadfast commitment and leadership continue to contribute significantly to the organization. Joining the Noon Group in 2001, he ascended to key positions, showcasing his dedication and expertise. A graduate of the Pakistan Military Academy Kakul, he also holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations. Commissioned into the Pakistan Army in 1975, he dedicated 26 years to various Command and Staff appointments, garnering extensive experience. Actively participated in numerous courses, seminars, training programs, and workshops, he remains committed to continuous learning. His expertise spans operational, administrative, and human resource management, along with a profound understanding of assessment and evaluation systems

Syed Adeel Ahmed
Syed Adeel Ahmed is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years of experience. He assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer at Noon Sugar Mills in July 2023, bringing with him a wealth of expertise at leadership roles in local and multinational conglomerates, including Dawlance, Dawood Lawrencepur Textile, Kansai Paint Japan, Alghurair LLC Dubai, Sharif Group and Diamond Group of Industry. With an Executive MBA from LUMS and Chartered Management Accountant having 24 years of post qualification experience, he has a strong educational foundation. His diverse experience spans Corporate Entrepreneurship, Management, Finance, and significant achievements in the Sugar Sector, including managing a Sugar Mill, setting up a Maguin Interis Ethanol Distillery plant, and overseeing a 62MW bagasse-based Power Plant. He has served as the Chairman of the Sugar Advisory Board at the Institute of Cost & Management Accountants of Pakistan. His expertise also extends to areas such as Accounting & Finance, Audit, IT & ERP Automation, and Agri Development particularly related to sugarcane. With his seasoned leadership and multifaceted expertise, he is well-positioned to drive Noon Sugar Mills to unprecedented success, contributing significantly to organizational growth and achievements.
Syed Anees Hassan
Syed Anees Hassan (FCA) joined Noon Sugar Mills Limited as Chief Financial Officer, effective December 1, 2025. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan, bringing over nineteen years of rich and diverse leadership experience. His career spans renowned organizations and conglomerates across multiple sectors, including consultancy, cement, sugar, steel, FMCG, textiles and energy. He possesses deep expertise in financial management, corporate strategy, treasury, risk management, and business transformation. His professional background includes significant experience in dealing with international financial institutions and markets, system design, process re-engineering and crisis management. Mr. Anees began his career with a rigorous foundation at Ernst & Young. He has since held pivotal senior roles, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer at Mahmood Group. Previously, as Group Financial Controller for Almoiz Industries and Assistant General Manager at DG Khan Cement (Nishat Group). He successfully led large teams and managed substantial business portfolios. His key achievements include driving financial closings for large-scale industrial projects, modernizing treasury and risk frameworks, and leading strategic planning and M&A evaluations. Recognized for his strategic foresight, analytical clarity and ethical leadership, Mr. Hassan has a proven ability to integrate finance with long-term business positioning and value creation. His professional development includes advanced certifications in Leadership, Business Analytics from Wharton and Data Science from LUMS. He is well-positioned to lead NSML’s financial transformation, strengthen governance and enhance sustainable value creation for the Company.
Nasir Iqbal Ansari
Nasir Iqbal Ansari is a highly accomplished professional with a strong academic foundation. He earned a Master's degree in Political Science from the prestigious University of the Punjab and an LL.B. from Islamia University of Bahawalpur, demonstrating a keen understanding of both legal and political frameworks. Mr. Ansari possesses extensive corporate law and governance expertise, honed through a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Since May 1995, he has been a pivotal figure within the renowned Noon Group of Companies, where he has overseen critical secretarial functions and responsibilities across a diverse range of industries and trading companies. His significant contributions include a notable tenure as Deputy Company Secretary and Advisor at Fauji Foods Limited. Currently, Mr. Ansari serves as the esteemed Group Company Secretary for a portfolio of public and private limited companies within the Noon Group, providing invaluable guidance and expertise to these organizations. Mr. Ansari has authored over 200 scholarly articles on a wide range of subjects, including company affairs, agribusiness, education, politics, social welfare, tourism, and national prosperity. His insightful contributions have enriched academic discourse and provided valuable insights into various aspects of national development.
